Salvation Army Bell Ringers Thanks & Results
A great big Thanks to our many Rotarians, friends and family members who Rang the Bell for The Salvation Army at the Skaneateles TOPS Market these past few weeks. A good time greeting neighbors and friends, and most of all, satisfaction in contributing to the support of those in need in our community. Also, a large vote of thanks to John Moran and his team of Christmas Elfs for coordinating the project, once again this year. The initial tally of contributions dropped in the bucket is $1,827 were turned over to the Chamber of Commerce on Christmas Eve, which will go to the Salvation Army. But wait, wait; there's still more.... Marv is still counting the buckets of loose change, which will add to the 2019 total.
