Guests - Don Lewis - Executive VP of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League
The Beginnings - President Terry called the meeting to order & led the Inn & zoom attendees in the Pledge.
The Program- Bill Conole introduced our speaker for the evening, Don Lewis. Don briefed us on the upcoming season which opens on Friday, June 3rd pitting the Auburn Doubledays against the Newark Pilots at Falcon Park in Auburn. Don talked about the team members, all of which are actively enrolled in college. He also told us about the recruiting process. The Perfect Game League has 13 teams, all based in New York State. Don took a number of questions from members and invited us to a "club" night at Falcon Park. We can all look forward to enjoying a summer evening of baseball complete with hotdogs and beer!
