Ayham welcomed club members, spouses, friends and our exchange students to a festive evening at The Sherwood. Ed's punch was a huge hit as were the delicious pre-dinner delicacies. Byron Lee played his guitar and sang beautiful Christmas music while everyone enjoyed cocktails. A delicious dinner was served and enjoyed by all. After dinner we again enjoyed Byron's music and caroled along. The evening ended with everyone joining in to sing a beautiful "Silent Night". Thank you to Ayham for announcing, to Ed for coordinating with The Sherwood, to Bill B for organizing and to The Sherwood for a beautiful setting and great food! Best wishes to you and your loved ones for Christmas and the New Year. See you on January 4th!

The SRC Board of Directors approvedJohn Devins' membership application via email ballot on Dec 22. John first joined Rotary in 1982 and was a member of the DeWitt club until 1985.
John has attended our past meetings & currently participates in local and regional volunteer activities, i.e. Laker Limo and St James Church building & grounds. John is a NYS Registered Pharmacist and currently works part-time for Fleet Feet, East Syracuse. He lives at 26 State St., Skaneateles with his spouse, Stephanie and is sponsored by Marv Langley.
If there are no objections made in writing to the Club Secretary by Dec 30th & dues are paid, John will be inducted into our membership at our meeting of Jan 4th, 2024.

DG Elise announced this week that Pamela Baker Gratton from the Auburn Rotary Club has been selected and District President for the Rotary year of 2026-27. Pamela is a Past Club President, Paul Harris Fellow, mom, and long-time non-profit worker who comes to the team with a lot of professional experience in working with volunteers.
