Skaneateles Rotary Club's 5th Annual International Women's Day Celebration

An International Women's Day Celebration at 6 p.m. at the Lodge at Welch Allyn on Thursday, March 7, will provide an opportunity to connect, reflect, refuel and be entertained. Keynote speaker Linda Larsen will speak on “Staying right side up when everything is upside down.”
This is the Skaneateles Rotary Club’s fifth annual such event, and it promises to be fun – starting with a cash bar, music by Loren Barrigar, and food stations to allow conversation.  Everyone will gather in the auditorium at 7:45 p.m. to hear the popular Larsen speak.
“She is as inspiring as she is hilarious,” Rotarian Amy Tormey said of Larsen, who delivers a message of wellness and empowerment with great humor. “I just can’t emphasize enough how fortunate we are to have Linda here, and how wonderfully accommodating she has been for us.”
People can attend the full evening, including food stations and cash bar, beginning at 6 p.m. (total package $75, reservations required, see below) or drop in at the door to hear Larsen speak in the Lodge auditorium at 7:45 p.m. ($30).

Larsen delivers personal and professional messages in fun, fast-paced and memorable ways that have taken her around the globe.  Larsen, BSW, MFA, CPAE, is one of only 232 people worldwide to be inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame®, joining such notables as General Colin Powell, President Ronald Reagan and Brian Tracy.
