Skantarians Tidy Up US 20 ... by WardOn the morning of Saturday, November 3, five hardy Rotarians suited up to clear the trash along US 20, from the western village limit to County Line Road. They collect five trash bags full of discarded treasures of unknown origin and value, which is to be donated to NY State Highway Department. We understand that Marv wore long pants this year. (We're not too sure of reason why, but we are itching to know.)
The magnificent five were: Marv, Jay, Ed, Joe, and Chuck O. Kudos to the crew for their contribution to the beautification of our town and village.
